The Asia Society created the web portal "Ask Asia" in order to organize their education initiatives. Under resources, there is a tab for curriculum which leads to a website that is interactive for China and Globalization. But, there is a different tab for lesson plans on Chinese Inventions, Chinese paper cut-out activities, and there are other more general topics. I find the general topics interesting in the sense that they may not be entirely connected to Asia (ex. Water is Life, Animal Tales from Around the World, or the Many Languages lessons). The web portal can be a good introduction for lesson planning about Asia-specific curriculum with a teacher using some of the activities from the portal.

Thank you for posting this! I am always looking for more ideas when it comes to activities and interactive for Asia that I can incorporate into my classroom.
