    Hi all,

    It was wonderful to meet all of you. I think we have an amazing group and am looking forward to the trip. I am attaching the notes that I typed up at the study tour. I haven't added the notes from Sam's lecture yet, but everything else is there. It isn't in an organized order, but reviews what was covered during the weekend.

    Do you remember the name of Sam's book? I want to order it and have him autograph it for me at our September meeting.

    Dana,

    your awesome! thanks for sharing your notes, they are so much better than the chicken scratch that I have in my notebook.

    As for Sam's book I think it was "Leaves from an Autumn of Emergencies."

    Hi Everyone,

    I extracted the names of books and videos from Dana's notes and create a list. I added the info on Sam's book and included the names of the authors for the Atlas on China.

    Dana, your notes are fantastic and very thorough. Thanks for allowing us to benefit from your diligence.

    I just realized I wrote the wrong name of clay's video. It should read Not One Less.

    One video that we might like to add to this list is "China in Revolution." It was one that Clay recommended might be good for one of our "library money" purchases.
