    Thanks Alison. Works for me. Should we include partners, spouses, and family members? Also, I need to distribute airline tickets before the departure date and return passports.Anyone else listening in SoCal?

    School ends on the 18th, so most anytime the next week would be alright.

    Looks like most folks are pretty busy this week...so, a pre-trip gathering will not happen.
