For my website review I chose the Korean Cultural center in Los Angeles. This place I s located at 5505 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles Ca.90036
From their website page, this place looks awesome and it offers many things to the public. For instance at the Korean Cultural center they offer Korean Movie Nights as well as Korean Cultural Seminars and Workshops. This place also offers story time for the children and special events that focuses and emphasizes the Korean Culture; such as cooking lessons. There is also dance lessons here where the focus s on Honam San-jo Chum (Free-style Dance from Honam area). *Honam (Korean pronunciation: [ho.nam]; literally means "south of the lake"). This [lace also has Art Exhibits and performing Arts nights. I am not really aware if they charge for these events. As, as I was looking thorough the website some items were marked as free, whereas the other events had no mention of a price. Only the words, Reserve now, so I was not too sure what that meant.
The website also has mentions of Korean language Nights, where one can learn the Korean language and also the mention of field trips for the schools.
They also hold special events here, where the venues vary as well as the admission fees. However some events are free to the public such, as the upcoming, “Cover Dance Festival”, where K-POP, enthusiasts, compete against one another, to be held on Saturday April 21, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public
They have a calendar where it lists all of the upcoming events and many things are on the calendar. The Korean Cultural Center also incorporates Taekwondo classes to some of the LAUSD schools in an attempt to promote Korean culture here in the states.
The website also has a program archive section where you can look up past events. And many interesting events are that section. For instance they previously have had a Taekwondo demonstration as well as Body Building Championships.
I think this website is quite useful for all students as there are many events listed on this website, a student can easily look up what they are interested in by navigating through this website. It is not difficult to look up events. Plus with all the programs and events that are listed on this website, this website can be very useful to the students in the teaching’s 0f the Korean Culture. This website can be used with student in leaning about the Korean culture by attending one or more of what is offered here at the Korean Culture Center, as they offer field trips for the schools.
One can also subscribe to the Korean Cultural Center to get updates on the latest and upcoming events.
This website also has a multi-media section where one see You Tube videos of Korean Tradition/s such as a tea ceremony, or past events held here.
I really think it is useful information website, and really think the students will like this website, especially, if they attend an event here at this location.

Stella, thank you for your review on the Korean Cultural Center.  I found the web site to be quite valuable.  There is information about Korean culture, language programs, and seminar workshops.   This site also offers a variety of Korean cultural events that students may attend with their parents, but most importantly they offer free field trips for students from first grade on to the upper grades.  The opportunity for students to learn hands on about Koran culture by actually going on a field trip is awesome!!  I always view field trips as excellent learning experiences that students always remember.  Thank you for sharing!
