ArtTalk is a great website that can be used by the teacher or by the student. It provides activites, extra resources, and artwork from a variety of periods in Japan. It can be a guide but most importantly it can be an interactive webstie for students to explore the art themselves. This can be a homework activity prior to the lesson so they can learn a bit of the imforamtion and be able to partake in class discussions. Further for teachers, the website can be a guide for the unit. It also provides other resources such as web museum tours, online quizzes, projects, and much more. It is a very simple website to use and manouver.
