The website http://www.korea.net includes articles written about sports, popular music, movies and more.  Currently many of my students are exceedingly interested in K-Pop, and this would be an excellent resource for them to better understand some of the influences on Korean Pop culture.  Students can use this website to review different aspects of current news, issues, and stories that are active in the spotlight.  It also gives them a way to be more connected to Korean culture by reviewing potential fesitvals or performances under the events column.  This way students can find ways to be more involved in their community and also learna bout Korean culture.  I especially like that theyre is a section for "overseas" events, so that people can view and discover events that are happening near them too!
