Here is a link to The USC Pacific Asia Museum in Pasadena.
There are excellent exhibitions ranging from Oceana to China from ancient to the contemporary. The exhibit on Japan is wonderful for the California 7th Grade World History Curriculum.
I enjoyed sending my students recently to the "Debunking the Model Minority Myth" online exhibition as we've spoken about anti-Japanese nativism in 20th century Brazil and also current Anti-Asian racism in the United States.

I've also taken my students to the Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena both live and virtually.
Aside from its famous collection of Impressionist and Modern work, The Norton Simon has an excellent collection of S Asian and SE Asian art. The statues and their arrangement and curation are especially moving to see live. However, I've used the website with AP students to research and analyze religious syncretism in Buddhism's journey along trade routes from India into China, SE Asia and beyond.
