Bowers Museum now presents Japanese Masterpieces from the Price Collection through July 17, 2011. The exhibition includes screen and scroll paintings by the artists and the Samurai of Edo Period (1600-1866) Japan. It also has permanent collections of Ancient Arts of China. I visited the museum on Target Sunday, the first Sunday of each month, for free admission and fun activities for the whole family. It was great with dances, food, and workshops!
