Wired (online) Caterpillars from China’s Rain Forest

This is a great article about the diversity of life in one of China’s provinces. The images are fascinating, as they will be for students I’m sure. The descriptions of the caterpillars are creepy enough to entertain any kid. Located in an area called China’s Amazon, these creatures are an interesting study for elementary school science (4th grade “diversity / adaptations” in Life Science), up to middle and high school. Poison, Spikes, and camouflage are just some of the adaptations these creatures have to survive.
Yeah, the picture attached isn't a caterpillar, but John Horstman took this amazing photo too, so i included it
