This web page has a lot of great craft ideas related to Chinese culture. It says these crafts are for Chinese New Year, but I think most of them can be used for all festival. The moon festival is approaching(9/30/2015). The dragon toy can be a good one for elementary kids to have some fun in class and learn the Chinese culture
