Very useful link. It might be fun doing a travel guide or brochure about a topic like kung fu, tea...

The website I often recommend to students to use is "Chinese Highlights (http://www.chinahighlights.com/travelguide/culture/)

This website is designed for people to travel in China. So, it contains many topics that visitors may be interested in, such as Chinese food, , famous scenery of various cities, Chinese culture, art and tradition, Chinese language.

Design of the home is very user friendly. it contains major topics of Chinese cultures and provides numerous hyperlinks to lead users to the content they would like to look through. Another thing I like about this website is there are not annoying commercials popping out.

Usually, my students use it to finish a couple of research projects. Examples are My Favorite city in China, My favorite Chinese food, Chinese Opera Mask Design, When Did Marco Polo Visit China and Where Did He Go. It is also a helpful resource for students to find images when they make posters or power point about Chinese culture.
