This is a great online resource for various Asian topics. I especially like the one on the Song Dynasty in China. It uses the famous "The Beijing Qingming Scroll" painting as the starting point for the unit. It has a digital scan of the whole scroll. You can examine the various parts of the painting, noticing the bustle and activities of the city. The website also provides a lot of background information detailing life in the Song era. A wonderful resource for students studying postclassical China.

There's also this index of Asian Topics with video lectures about various topics on China and Japan. It's a great online resource for student webquest or research. It can fill a lot of knowledge gaps for students and teachers alike.
