This is a selection from a terrific series of comic classics from AsiaPac, a Singaporean company. These samples are from a collection of stories intended to provide examples of filial piety (孝 xiao - top half of the character is from the character lao 老 which means old, and the bottom half of the character means child zi 子, which conveys the notion of hierarchy).

What lessons can you and your students take from these stories? What values/priorities do they reveal?
