The East Asia Gateway / University of Pittsburgh is a website for K-12 teachers, and part of the larger National Consortium for Teaching about Asia. The website offers a database of books similar to what you would find at a university library (includes the title, url, abstract). What is more interesting for teachers would be the Lesson Materials tab created by contributors of the K-12 teacher seminars. The webpage is not highly organized as the lesson plans are contributed by date, not category. It will take teachers some time to find what they are looking for, and this includes grade level. But, if a teacher is willing to take time looking through the site, there are great ideas for the elementary and secondary classrooms.
