Columbia University has a great site for teachers. The site has all kinds of resources for teaching about East Asia. The site has curriculum and lesson plans for a wide variety of topics that connect to Language Arts, Philosophy, History and even Science. The site can even be sorted by time period. They provide primary sources and a wide variety of artwork that can be shown and used. I teach Science and found their resources and lessons on Asian Geography as especially helpful.
