Ms. Hornby from Financial Times shared that if one is an educator we could receive free subscriptions for our students. I checked out the website and found it very useful for my students. There is a tab that focused on current events going on around the world. What I like about this is the organization of the tab it is broken down into world economies such as China, Asia Pacific, Emerging Markets. This is a good cite to have students learn about East Asian economies and how they play a role in todays market and policy making. The site has different subscription options and they even offer a trial period. Reports range from China’s economy at a glance to Trump’s negotiation deals with China. This is a good cite to keep students informed about the world about them and the potential impact deals have on their lives.
