Manga 3.11 -- how the tsunami is seen in Japanese comics
Ryan Holmberg is a scholar at Tokyo's Gakushuin University and a columnist for The Comic Journal. He's produced an article about how the tragic March 11 earthquake and tsunami have been examined in comic books. The Japanese publishing industry has been turning out many books on the subject in recent months. The industry has also donated to support relief efforts.
