There is a great website for Japanese American Internment Curriculum by National Japanese American Historical Society. This site provides lesson plans, documents, and useful links for K-12 teachers.

I was there several times at the 'Japanese American National Museum' located in the middle of Little Tokyo. There are a packet for teachers to take home, plus for my class use, they even helps me to make copy of some of their exhibits.
    Great resources.
