    http://www.Korea.net

I found this website while reading through the book that Professor Dube gave me at the end of session 7 (Monday, Oct. 9th). The book, "Facts About Korea" is broken down into sections such as, Korean Life, Sports, History, Economy, and Culture and the Arts. The chapter on culture and the arts is perfect for 7th grade history. The chapter describes the type of music, dances, dramas, and literature. I thought I could do a comparison between the character writing of Japan and Korea, since the curriculum in 7th grade focuses on the wood block and movable type of printing that was done in Japan, and now I could show the similarities and differences in the same inventions for Korea, since the book does a wonderful job of showing the development of the two. The images in the book are wonderful. When I was searching for these images to use in a PowerPoint presentation about the art of Korea I found that most of the images in the book are derived from this website, because the book was published by the website.  If you go to the "About Korea" section in the website you will find a link to the "UNESCO Treasures in Korea," it has a list of different movies about Korea in different periods in history. I thought this might be useful for the movie requirement.
