This is a self-described "portal site" that links users to different web sites and apps for learning and practicing Japanese. I orginally stumbled upon it while looking for a site/repository for Japanese folk tales. This site has that, and much more. It is available in Japanese or English, making it suitable for users of various levels of proficiency to navigate and access its resources. It is well organized, grouping its links into 12 different categories/skills that users may want to practice, like reading, grammar, kanji, or listening. Each one of those leads to tools that can be filtered by 3 difficulty levels. When a site or tool is selected, the user then sees a rundown of how it works, complete with screenshots, and a link to access it directly.

The site is very easy to navigate, but it seems more appropriate for upper elementary students or older, perhaps those who are in an immersion program or studying the language as part of their curriculum. They could use it as a search engine, or the teacher could use it to screen tools to work on specific skills or topics. It seems to have found resources that comprehensively covers aspects of language learning, including cultural education. For example, it had several links to tools that would read aloud different Japanese folk tales and quite a few recommendations related to food.
