The attached case study in the field of organizational change is adapted from a longer report written for my doctoral coursework at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. I have just completed my second year of coursework and look forward to beginning my dissertation next year. The attached study is relevant to ongoing analysis of global corporate practices, especially pertaining to U.S. China relations.
