Within the region and beyond
Beijing > Xi’an > Chengdu > Kunming
Taipei > Tainan > Kaohsiung
curriculum assignment – minimum of 5 class hours, draw on places and questions from the trip
3. Passports/Visas
passport must be valid through 3/2019
provide us with full formal name, passport number, expiration date (asap)
passport and visa forms due by 5/25 (make copies of both, carry copies in your luggage)
4. Health and Safety
proof of medical insurance including evacuation coverage due by 5/1
existing medical conditions/medications
provide us with emergency contact names and phone numbers (asap)
4. Money
we cover: travel, lodging, gratuities, admissions, most meals
you cover: 4-5 meals, hotel incidentals, anything you wish to purchase
5. Gifts
small items to share with students (postcards, student brochures, school items, pens, pins)
2 books to be donated to schools or other host institutions
somethings to share with students and others (yearbooks, photo albums -digital options)
