    This is a good web site for students. Since 1971, Pacific Asian Museum has served a broad audience of students, families, adults, and school through its educational and outreach programs. PAM has a collection of over 14,000 works of arts including paintings, prints, sculptures, ceramics, jade, and textiles from all over Asia and the Pacific Islands. This museum also has a research library with more than 7,000 reference volumes relating to Asian and Pacific art culture.

    PAM is located at 46 North Robles Avenue, Pasadena, CA 91101. Students can go on this website and take a virtual tour on many different topics. I did a virtual tour on Chinese ceramics. There was insurmountable information on Chinese ceramics.

    How can this website be used with students?

    * Visuals and audio
    * Discussion questions and activities
    * Curricular connection and fact sheets
    * On-line print resource
    * List of different websites
