Below are the details for receiving benefits for participating in the Gender and Generation in East Asia seminar. In order to receive the benefits, you must complete the requirements details in the attached document. All assignments are due by Sunday, September 8, 2019.
$250 Stipend (only commuters are eligible)
In order to process the $250 stipend, you need to be set up as a USC vendor. (Please disregard this if you’ve participated in past seminars. Once you are added to the system, you don’t need to go through the process again.) In the next week or two, you will receive an email from
[email protected] containing your username and password. Please log in to your account and fill out as much as you can. It’s designed to set up companies, so many of the fields do not apply to individuals. It is critical that you make sure to submit the application at the end. If USC Supplier Services needs more information, they will contact you directly. If you have questions regarding the process, please contact

Note: Please let me know ASAP if you are not a US citizen. The process varies slightly for non-citizens.)
Continuing Education Units (everyone is eligible)
You are eligible to receive a maximum of 6 CEUs upon completion of the program. USC Rossier School of Education processes the CEUs and they charge a fee of $35/unit or $210 for 6 units. Please fill out the CEU request form below. If you choose to pay with a check, make the check out to “University of Southern California” and mail it to me (address below in signature). If you plan on paying with a credit card, fill out the form and email, fax, or mail it to me. The deadline to submit this form to me is Sunday, September 8, 2019.
Certificate of Completion
If you need a certificate of completion, please let me know and I would be happy to provide one for you.
