Has anyone taken students to this performance? Or is it cost prohibitive?

I attended Shen Yun last year with my mom and sister and felt like it was beneficial to me. I was attending the USC spring seminar, so it was something that just enriched the experience. In Bakersfield, the cost was around $30 plus fees, which brought it to around $45. We bought the cheapest seats so we obviously didn't have the best seats in the house, but were still able to see the beautiful costumes and follow the stories of the dance. I am not sure what kind of budget your district gives you, but this would be impossible for me to achieve with my students. If you figure out a way to take your students, please post and let us know.

So, you know the cheapest ticket is about $80.00 and goes up to $200.00 the best seats here in Hollywood.

An extraordinary journey through thousands of years of Chinese culture, Shen Yun dance comes to Los Angeles this year on April 14-16 AT the Dolby Theatre 6801 Hollywood, CA. The Shen Yun is an amazing show that takes the audience back in time to different regions and dynasties at with the combine the beautiful sounds of Chinese Instruments and the Western Symphony orchestra. Great Show!!
