Thanks to further directions from Clay, I am able to do this again.
I forget what the new anachronism is for the SPO's, but those of you that have been in TUSD for more then 2 years know what I mean by SPO's.
Just a suggestion, but you may be able to kill two birds with one stone. I intend to incorporate in this years SPO's, building a web page (I knopw, many of you already have one, but some of us are late bloomers). This will count as one. I also will incorporate the lesson we are doing, with the standards attached (thank you again Clay), for another. Ok gang, that is two out of 5 possibly already done. Maybe if anyone else is interested, at lunch we could meet upstairs in the EMB and throw some ideas around.

    Hey Darlene:
I did use the Asia Institute for my SPOs. I used one of the Standards of the Teaching Profession, the one focusing on providing materials for students of diverse needs. I thought that the materials we have been receiving will really meet the needs of our large Asian population. In fact, the materials will serve all students well, broadening their horizons.

I ended up being able to use two of the things we are learning in our UCLA/Asia class for my SPO's. I included the development of a web page, and also the lesson plan I will be developing.
Wish me well on the web page!
