    Dear friends at K-12 Forum,

My name is Minhua, and I attended the K-12 workshop in 2008. I have collaborated with Zhejiang University and developed a summer study abroad program for high school students, called Summer Experience China (SEChina). SEChina is a 17-day program where students learn Chinese language/culture for 2 weeks and stay on campus of the University. One focus is to develop listening and speaking skills for beginning/intermediate learners. Another major part is culture study. Students will be able to learn Chinese calligraphy, martial arts, and Chinese history with reading materials offered to them. I feel this is a wonderful opportunity for students who are interested in China in general and interested in exploring on their own. The website: http://www.dot2dotlearning.com

I will really appreciate if you can help get the word out. If you are interested in chaperoning the trip (group size: 20), please feel free to contact me as well.

    Minhua
