Debt can be destructive not only to individuals but to cities and countries. The problems in Yubari is something we should pay attention to not only for ourselves but for our state and country. In california we seem to be in debt and continuing voting for things that get us deeper in debt. I don' t know what the answer is for California but I can certainly get my self out of debt and try to maintain that.
