    Among our destinations is Tsukiji, Tokyo's famed fish market. A terrific book about the place of fish and this market in Japanese history and culture is:

    This University of California Press has an amazing array of books on every academic subject. (See Clayton's link above.) You can look up books by subject area and under Asian studies, there are many books on culture, literature, history, etc. I ended up buying a collection of stories written by Chinese who have left their countries and experience a duality of cultures. I think my immigrant students could relate to such essays. You may get hooked reading the lists of books, as I did. Enjoyl

    I downloaded this today. As a fish "lover," I am really excited about reading it. It looks fascinating!
