I am impressed by the underlying wisdom of Yin-Yang. By digging further, I found out that "If you want something to weaken, you must first allow it to become strong. If you want something to be removed, you must first allow it to flourish. If you want to possess something, you must first give it away." Life is not easy. This theory shed light on my life when facing obstacles and failure.

According to the video, freshwater resource is very scarce in China. One of the main reasons is the rapid industry development. The process of recycling freshwater is often neglected or ignored, because of the low-cost and maximized business profit. Nowadays, some areas begin to put recycling freshwater into their priority, instead of pollution first and treatment next. Hopefully this situation will get improved in the near future.

Hello everyone! My name is Yan Tong and I'm a Chinese teacher for Chinese heritage speakers. I am very interested in incorporating culture in my current classes. I hope to increase students' cultural awareness and appreciation in the near future.
